This is what a pleasure
cruise is all about! Unfortunately, the pleasure only lasted
about 10 seconds before Greg had to let go so the next guy could
get his picture taken.

Here we are doing the lifeboat drill early in the cruise. They trick you into learning stuff by making it a big social event and taking pictures. Note the straining life preserver - that is Greg about 45 pounds ago!
This is Flat Stanley and he accompanied us on several trips in 1996. Flat Stanley was sent to us by Andrea's 4th grade students and we took pictures of him on our travels so the kids could learn about other countries by following Stanley. He was a good travelling companion and was quite willing to be folded, spindled, mutilated or stuffed into life preservers at a moment's notice!
